Midsummer special with blueberries and chanterelles


The summer heat has ripened the blueberries and even the chanterelles are peeping from inside the moss. Our chef Aivar Kröönström recommends trying these gifts from the forest with turkey and ice cream.

Sagadi manor restaurant is open daily from 12pm to 10pm, while the kitchen closes a half an hour earlier.
